Q1: Are the measurements the same for all clothings?
A: All clothings are made in different fitting, some are oversized and some are slim fit, please check the size chart to pick the most suitable size
Q2: Can I exchange or refund?
A: Exchange is possible within 14 days(for local orders) and 30 days(for international orders) from purchase date to another item(s) of same value or higher.
Refund is only applicable if item received is defected or a different product from the order. Items to be exchanged or refunded have to be kept in original condition: unwashed, tags attached, original packaging intact, no make up stains or any signs that the item has been worn or used apart from trying.
Q3: How long does it take to receive my refund?
A: We aim to complete the process within 2-3 working days upon receiving back the item. Payment will be returned back to you via the same method as you purchase.
Q4: Who will pay for the return mailing fees?
A: For exchange, customers will have to bear the to and fro mailing fees for the exchange process.

Q5: Which address do I ship the return parcel to and what details do I need to include?

Note: Before sending the return parcel, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp +65 83659502 with image proof of the defective item and once the issue has been acknowledge by our staff, you may then proceed to send it back. We reserve all rights to reject any returns without any prior communication with our team. For international parcels, please write 'RETURNED GOODS' on the parcel to avoid any tax during customs.
Q6: Do I need to register for an account before purchasing?
A: Not compulsory however it will be hassle-free as you are not require to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Your order will be delivered to the registered address every time you make a purchase, unless you direct us otherwise.
Q7: What should I do if I encounter any problems while purchasing online?
A: You may email us at email@example.com or simply click on the WhatsApp logo found on the bottom right corner and we will assist you from there.
Q8: When will my order be shipped?
A: We aim to ship out order within 1-2 working day(s). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q9: How long will it take for the delivery to reach my place?
A: For Singapore deliveries, typically it takes 2-4 working days, not inclusive of weekends and Public Holidays and may take longer under certain circumstances by SingPost. We urge all customers to opt for registered mail or trackable courier as you will have the tracking number to track the order. SingPost normal mail does not come with tracking number.
For International deliveries, it will take 5-15 shipping days to arrive at your address, additional time may be needed for customs clearance. All international deliveries come with tracking number and will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
Q10: Do I need to pay customs tax, import tax, duties tax even if I have opted for free delivery? (International customers only)
A: Yes. ALL international orders may subject to import taxes and duties. These fees are charged by your local government/ customs, and are entirely separate from the shipping fees charged from us.
Q11: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship worldwide to all countries by Singapore Post(SingPost), FedEx or DHL.
Q12: What are the payment methods accepted?

Q13: What currency am I charged in?
A: Our primary currency rate is SGD and you will be charged in SGD. Any currency rates will be determined by your issuing bank.
Q14: Are there additional charges apart from what is shown during checkout?
A: You will only be charge on the total amount shown in your shopping bag. However, please note that there may be foreign transaction fees depending on your bank’s policies.
Q15: My payment has been made but the order did not went through, what should I do?

Q16: When will the out of stock items be restocked?
A: Most of our items are only released once, no restock once they are fully out of stock.

Q18: Where do all the designs come from?
A: Our artworks are uniquely designed by our designers or from a collaboration with local artists. All artworks are copyrighted by law and necessary actions will be taken against counterfeits.
Q19: What are the material of the t-shirts?
A: After 2 years of Research and Development, we are now using 100% cotton, heavyweight t-shirts for extra comfort and durability. Our new improved material is now smoother and softer which we dare to guarantee that you will like them!
Q20: Where are the items produced?
A: We work with various manufacturing factories in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia to make them in high quality for you.
